Henry jex blog crew: Personal interview with Williams Oluwabunmi Gift;
1- Describe your business in full details to a neophyte, who is fascinated in knowing what you do?
It’s a business enterprise based in Nigeria, an enterprise that combines different great entrepreneurs that are undergraduates and graduates with amazing abilities on Events planning and management, makeup artistry, photography and cinematography, catering services, fashion designing, Disc jockey and Masters and mistresses of Ceremonies, hair styling, nail technician, ushers. Our mode of marketing is through posters, handbills, and social media, since the social media attracts more of the youths.
2- What really inspired you to start up this business?
What really inspired me to start off a business was that, I have always wanted to be an independent woman and also getting my hands busy, so I discovered what I had passions for and pursed it. My Passion was my main source of inspiration.
3- How much did you use to start off the business?
I started with a very small amount of capital, two thousand naira about six years ago N2000.00k to start off the business. It wasn’t easy for me at all, when I wanted to open the studio it was a lot for me, it cost me a lot but, thanks to a supportive man, friends and folks that believed in my dreams.
4- How much so far does your business worth, its asset?
My present gross accumulation is nothing less than N80, 000; so far I can say my business worth N430, 000. “It’s so inspiring how a small beginning can build up to a great enterprise”.
5- What advice can you give to upcoming youths that are still in higher institutions?
This is what she has to say:
House of Huttey is a means to impact and empower undergraduates to be independent and win the race. My advice to the present youths in higher institutions is this: there is a star in you let it shine, discover your passion, set a goal, you will surely make it by God’s grace because “IMPOSSIBLE IS NOTHING”
My plans for the future are very huge, and it scares me a times but, determination is the key, by God’s grace it’s going to be HOUSE OF HUTTEY MALL, which will include a Makeup store, fashion designers specialized in wedding clothes, event management, sales of ladies shoes and traditional wedding clothes, hair stylist, face and body treating and spa and many more by God’s grace.
I guess you’ve seen it all, and I hope you’re inspired to do something today as the time ticks. These are young Nigerians who have desires to make wise use of their time and opportunities.
