This morning, Brymo teased fans about the release of his 5th studio album titled ‘Klitoris’ with the official artwork that looks creepy, as well as the official release date.
In an exclusive chat with THENETNG, Brymo breaks down the idea behind the artwork as well as what the album title means.
In his words, ‘It’s a Greek word for ‘key’. It is where the word ‘clitoris’ itself originates. This album is the key to a certain door I have knocked on for years; and yes it was meant to be sensual, there ought to be two sides to the coin’.

He continued: ‘It is art, some might find it to be creepy, but it is just art. On the original artwork (designed in the United States), you could see all of the woman’s breasts. An edit was done byDuks here in Lagos after iTunes refused to put it up on the grounds that it’spornography. The artwork is an expression of how I love and how I am unsure of the woman, all at the same time’.
He also tells us the album features Esse, his babymama, on one of the songs. ‘The album consists of eleven tracks, ten songs; and it features my girlfriend Esse on the chorus of ‘Naked’, the very first song’, he revealed

The recent announcement of Brymo‘s forthcoming 5th studio album title, ‘KLĬTÔRĬS‘ has been drawing reactions from various quarters, including from YBNL lead act, Olamide.
Brymo’s not-so-subtle wordplay on the name of a part of the female anatomy in naming his album has set tongues wagging, with many curious to know the thematic direction the studio project would follow.
Olamide is one of the many curious minds, as he hilariously questions the singer’s creative mindset. ‘Brymo, kuku kee meeee here. Album title – KLITORIS. What really happened’, he wrote on social media in reaction to the singer’s album title.
