(JAMB) is a renowned Nigerian entrance
examination board for tertiary-level
institutions. The board conducts
entrance examinations for prospective
undergraduates into Nigerian
universities.
The board is charged with the
responsibility to administer similar
examinations for applicants to Nigerian
public and private monotechnics,
polytechnics, and colleges of educations.

Joint Admissions and
Matriculation Board
(JAMB) hereby duly
notifies the general
public that the sale of
its 2016 /2017
Unified Tertiary
Matriculation Examination (UTME)
registration form will commence on
Monday, 31st August, 2015.
According to the board’s Head of
Information, Dr. Fabian
Benjamin, candidates are to purchase
the examination scratch cards from
Zenith Bank, Sky Bank and First Bank.

He said the registration fee for the UTME
is N5,000 and candidates are also to pay
N500 to obtain the textbook, ‘ The Last
Days at Forcados High School’, which
will be issued at the point of registration
after showing evidence of payment.
Benjamin added that the sale of
registration forms will end January 15,
2016 while the registration website will
close on January 19, 2016.

He noted that the Computer Based UTME
had been slated to commence on
February 29 and end on March 14, 2016.
