Presents:-
How to cook Edikainko soup.
INGREDIENTS:-
Any assorted meat such as beat,liver,gbomo,pork.
Crayfish.
Stockfish.
Ring.
Dry fish.
Sharky.
Snail.
Periwinkle.
Pumpkin leaves (ugu).
Pepper.
& water.
METHOD:-
1-wash and cut the meat into small sizes. Then put them in a pot and add a little water.
2-add pepper, salt,Maggi, & begin to steam.
3-wash the periwinkle (without shell), wash with salt and warm water ( with shell) and add to the boiling meat.
4-wash and add the pumpkin leaves, add your water leaves, and much oil to bring out the juicy taste, allowing to steam for some few minutes ( to enable the water get dry a little. And then it's ready to be served.
5-served with pounded yam,EBA,fufu, and lots more.
