Jay Z Signs Tiwa Savage to His Management

It’s good news for Mrs. Billz as American rapper and CEO of Roc Nation, Jay Z, signs her to his management.

Permit me to call her that, separated though as she may be from her husband, Tiwa is still officially married to TeeBillz. Following the rumour of her unconfirmed exit from Don Jazzy’s Mavin Records, Tiwa Savage has attracted the attention of world-acclaimed rapper Jay Z, with her music brand.

According to a source, Bizzle Osikoya, who revealed this yesterday 24th May, via his Instagram page, Jay Z is extremely impressed with Tiwa’s catalogue and profile, and gave the go-ahead for a deal to be signed, which was put together by Roc Nation’s Briant Biggs and Shawn Pecas.

Already, Tiwa is scheduled to perform at the Made in America Concert this September, whose headliner will be Rihanna. We trust the Nigerian diva to hook up with the “Work Work” singer on a possible collaboration.
Jay Z founded Roc Nation, LLC, an American based entertainment company, in 2008. The company deals with talent management, music, film, touring and concert production, as well as television production. The company has been home to big names like J. Cole, Big Sean, Rihanna, Kanye West, Grimes, Demi Lovato, DJ Khaled, T.I., Rita Ora, and now Nigerian’s very own Tiwa Savage.

Few days ago, the singer had a girls’ night out at Gbemisoke’s party, which marked the radio presenter’s one year since she went into making and selling her own shoes. Thereafter Mrs. Billz headed for Dubai, where she currently is at the moment. This is her first trip overseas since her separation with her husband.

Although sources say the Teebillz’s allegation of extramarital affairs between Don Jazzy and his wife, Tiwa, was part of the reasons she had to move on to another label.
