Why are some pastors still having challenges in their marriage due to the ministry?
As spiritual as pastors may be, shouldn’t their marriage be an exemplified example of what a common man should be learning from every day.
But, it’s the other way round, my people oh!
There is a principle to success in marriage. First of all putting God first, then your family which starts from your wife before the children, then the ministry…..if a pastor doesn’t follow this flow chart, he is up for a chase.
These are the mistakes that were observed in so many pastors marriage that can destroy his life, marriage and ministry.
Many pastors put their ministry first before their family; this one single act can destroy a marriage in no time.
Some pastors don’t practice what they preach on the altar, in their marriage, they are just green snakes under the green grass.
Some pastors are too spiritual “spiri coco’’, until they forget the reality in which they were born into, as a human being.
Some pastors get married at a rush hour, which causes a mistake in making the right choice. Cases of marrying someone you never want to be with in life.
Some pastors get married as a force from the church, or the church choosing for them, where by marrying someone that doesn’t match their calling and destiny.
Some pastors are like monsters at home, you really want know who your pastor is; follow him to his house than you will see his true color.
Consequences of such acts……
Some pastors or their wife end up falling for a stranger outside who has shown them the love the husband should have shown her, resulting to adultery. When the couples don’t have time for themselves.
Sometimes the pastors’ end up losing their family to the church, as the church could even make decision s that will destroy the family.
The children will always go weir ward in life, because the family doesn’t create time for themselves.
Lastly, please this message is for all ministers of God and workers of God. God comes first in your life, after God, the family, and your wife first before the children, and then the ministry, never put your ministry before the family……………God bless you.
